经国家科技部批准，由国家科技图书文献中心（NSTL）代表我国正式参加了国际“高能物理开放出版计划”（SCOAP3）。自2014年1月1日起，共有10种高能物理期刊可以免费开放获取。我校读者可访问SCOAP3开放出版计划的10种期刊。其中可免费访问5种期刊的全部论文，另5种期刊中所有高能物理论文（占期刊全部论文的一定比例）可免费访问，详见下表。
